Ingredients
- Gram Flour Omelette
- 1 Cup Gram flour (need not soak, just the powder alone)
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 Green Chillies
- 3/4 tsp Carom seeds (Ajawin)
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Oil
- Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) Omelette
- 1 Cup Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal)
- 1 Big chopped onion
- 1 Piece Green Chilli
- 3/4 tsp Carom seeds Ajawin
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
Gram Flour Omelette
- In a bowl, take the powdered gram flour, add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, carom seed (Ajawin), salt and red chilly powder
- Add little water and Mix it well
- Pour it like a dosa or omelette on the pan (tava) for cooking
- Keep it on the low flame for 5-7 minutes
- Gram Flour Omelette is Ready to serve
Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) Omelette
- In a bowl, soak Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) for half an hour to one hour.
- After 1 hour, grind it well by adding little water, make it as a paste
- In another bowl, add dal paste, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, carom seed (Ajawin), salt and red chilly powder
- Add little water and Mix it well
- Pour it like a dosa or omelette on the pan (tava) for cooking
- Keep it on the low flame for 5-7 minutes
- Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) Omelette is Ready to serve
