Instructions
Take a pan add half pan of water ,1/2 tsp salt in it,and boil it.
When the water comes to a boil ,add noodles.
Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the pack or till they are completely cooked.
Drain the noodles with help of drainer and and wash the noodles with fresh water.
Put 1 tbsp oil on boiled noodles and mix with soft hands and keep aside.
Take a wok.
Add oil, chopped garlic in it ,saute until becomes light brown.
Add onion, capsicum, carrot, in it and saute for 5 min.
Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, ajino matto, chilli flakes, soya sauce, vinegar in it.
Mix well properly.
Add boiled noodles and mix with help of two fork.
Chilli garlic chowmin is ready to eat.
