Ingredients
- 1 pack chow mein noodles
- 2 Onion sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup Capsicum sliced
- 8-10 garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp ajino matto
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce

Instructions
- Take a pan add half pan of water ,1/2 tsp salt in it,and boil it.
- When the water comes to a boil ,add noodles.
- Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the pack or till they are completely cooked.
- Drain the noodles with help of drainer and and wash the noodles with fresh water.
- Put 1 tbsp oil on boiled noodles and mix with soft hands and keep aside.
- Take a wok.
- Add oil, chopped garlic in it ,saute until becomes light brown.
- Add onion, capsicum, carrot, in it and saute for 5 min.
- Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, ajino matto, chilli flakes, soya sauce, vinegar in it.
- Mix well properly.
- Add boiled noodles and mix with help of two fork.
- Chilli garlic chowmin is ready to eat.
