Soak chanas overnight, now take a cooker and boil chanas by adding big cardamom, and salt
now make a tadka by taking onions,ginger in a pan,saute them and add tomatoes puree, now add chana masala,cumin powder,anardana,red chilli ,coriander powder, and cook them till oil seperates out.
Now put this tadka in boiled chana and cook in cooker,blew 1 whistle and summer for 15 minutes.
Open the cooker and see if chanas r priperly cooked otherwise keep ut on sim for 10 more minutes
garnish it with garam masala ,coriander and onion rings
For bhature
Mixmaida,suji and aata in a bowl add 1 tsp oil,salt,kasuri methi and ajwain and kned the flour with soda water ,Niw keep it for 10 minutes. ur dough for bhature is ready,deep fry in oil and serve them with chana and chatni.
