Ingredients
  • 4 Cups Besan Coarse or Ladoo besan preferred
  • 1 Cup ghee
  • 0.75 Cup Sugar This much sugar is on the lighter side. Change quantities as per your taste.
  • 1 cup almonds crushed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts crushed

Instructions
  1. Place a heavy bottom pan on medium heat and add ghee.
  2. When ghee melts, add besan.
  3. Reduce the flame to low and keep roasting by stirring continuously for about 25 mins.
  4. Remove pan from the flame. Keep stirring since the pan is still hot or transfer to another container to let it cool for about 10 mins.
  5. Crush dry fruits.
  6. Add sugar and nuts to the cooled down mixture and make ladoos.
