Instructions
In 4 different bowls, soak all the dals & rice separately for close to 1 hour
After 1 hour, grind all the dals one by one by adding Red chillies & water
Make it like a paste, add chopped onions & salt to it, batter is ready
Pour it on pan/tava like an omelette or dosai
Keep it on low flame for couple of minutes
Turn in it on the other side, it is ready to serve
