Ingredients
- 1 Cup Channa Dal (Bengal Gram)
- 1 Cup Moong Dal (Yellow Dal - Lentils Split)
- 1 Cup Urad Dal (Vigna mungo)
- 1 Cup Arad Dal (Split Pigeon Peas Dal)
- 5-6 Pieces Red Chillies
- 1 Cup Normal Rice (not to be cooked) No Basmati Rice
- 2 Small Onions

Instructions
- In 4 different bowls, soak all the dals & rice separately for close to 1 hour
- After 1 hour, grind all the dals one by one by adding Red chillies & water
- Make it like a paste, add chopped onions & salt to it, batter is ready
- Pour it on pan/tava like an omelette or dosai
- Keep it on low flame for couple of minutes
- Turn in it on the other side, it is ready to serve
