Instructions
First of all soak frozen champ in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
Take a wok, add oil to it, now add onions, saute them till pink and add gingergarlic paste to it. When brown add tomatoes and fry well.
To the masala add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king and fresh ground masala and fry it till oil separates out.
Now let it cool down
Grind it in mixer and again transfer it to the wok.
Keep it on low flame, add hung curd, butter and chaamp and fry well so that chaamp absorbs masala.
Add water to make gravy and keep it on simmer for 20 minutes by covering it.
Check consistency of gravy whether its cooked and not too thick, garnish it with garam masala and coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with naan or parantha
