Instructions
Soak tamarind in water for close to 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, get the pulp ready from the soak tamarind.
On the other side, blend cumin seeds, black pepper and garlic (only few cloves) well and keep the mixture ready.
In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilly, garlic cloves and sauté well for few minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté well again.
Ensure tomatoes are cooked slightly well, till it becomes soft.
Once done, add the blended mixture and sauté for few seconds only.
Than add the tamarind pulp, salt and water.
Sauté it well. When the bubbles show up turn off the stove.
Garnish with the coriander leaves.
