Instructions
Soak the red kidney beans (rajma) overnight in water.
Next day boil the red kidney beans in a pressure cooker. Ensure 6-7 whistles.
On the other side, take a pan add oil heat it well.
Add chopped onions and sauté it well.
Add garlic ginger paste and sauté well till onions become soft and light brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté well again for like 5 minutes.
Than add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, chicken masala powder, coriander seeds powder, rajma masala, cumin seeds powder and salt.
Sauté everything together well
Than add this mixture into the boiled rajma.
Sauté it well again and pressure it in the cooker again for few minutes.
Say 2-3 whistles is required
Keep it closed for few minutes and ensure it gets mixed well. Than garnish well with coriander leaves.
Serve it with rice.
