  1. Soak the rajma overnight.
  2. Take a cooker.
  3. Add rajma to cooker add salt ,cinnamon ,black cardamom ,bey leaf.
  4. Boil in a pressure cooker till tender.
  5. Make a paste of onion ,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly add little water and grind it .
  6. Make a smooth paste.
  7. Add some water and make a paste of tomato also.
  8. Take a wok.
  9. Add onion paste add ghee saute it until its becomes brown.
  10. Add tomato paste and mix well.
  11. Add salt ,red chilly powder ,degi mirch ,coriander powder ,chicken masala ,turmeric powder,small cardamom and mix well .
  12. Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
  13. Add the onion masala to the cooker and add 2.5 cup water and let it get 2 whistle.
  14. After 2 whistle open the cooker ,keep it on low gas so that gravy becomes thick.
  15. Add garam masala and garnish with corriander leaves.

  1. Take a pan.fill half pan of water and boiled it. Add 1/4 tsp salt. Wash and rinse the rice . Add the rice in to the water and boil it. Cook on the lowest heat possible for 10 min without uncovering the pan. When the rice are cooked properly drain the extra water and serve with rajma.
