Instructions
For marination of paneer
Cut cubes of paneer and cut onions( u can also add capsicum if u feel lyk)
Add gingergarlic paste and all the masala to it.
Add hung curd to it.
Now make a paste of coriander and mint leaves along with lemon and put it into marination.
Add atta to it.keep it aside for 2 hrs.
For mint sauce
Add coriander leaves and mint leaves along with green chilly and salt.grind it and add hung curd to make mint sauce
Now take a non stick pan and add tsp oil,when it turns hot cook paneer sticks by putting them in skewers.
Turn the sticks upside down till brown and serve it with mint sauce and onion rings.
