Instructions
Take a bowl.
Add butter, sugar, milk maid , vanilla essence in it.
Beat it with the help of beater for 5-6 min.
Add maida, baking powder, baking soda , milk and beat it with the help of beater for 20-25 min. the batter should be smooth and thick.
Take a pressure cooker ,add salt in it.
Preheat the pressure cooker. place the pressure cooker on medium heat,and heat it for about 5 minutes.
Put the steel stand in the cooker.
Take a aluminum mould ,grease the mould with butter and dust flour.
Pour the batter in the mould and keep the flame in low and place the mould with the cake batter carefully inside the cooker.
Close the cooker without whistle ,it will take 30-35 min to 45 min for the cake to be done at medium flame.
Check it after 40 minutes by inserting toothpick in the center of the cake,if it comes out clean,your cake is done,otherwise cook for some more time.
Cake is ready now.
