Instructions
Take a jug add water in it. Slice all the ingredients and put in the jug filled with water.
Place the jug in the fridge for at least 3 hours so the vegetables juices can infuse well.
Its good for your energy level, it also features tropical citrus flavor and the mint adds a refreshing touch.
It seems to help reduce weight.
