  1. In a kadai or a pan, add little oil, 4 Cloves, little Star Anise, Cinammon, Curry leaves few, Small Onions and Garlic & sauté it well.
  2. Add tomatoes, coriander leaves & sauté it again. (as per the pic 1)
  3. Once done, keep it for sometime & ensure it comes to normal temperature.
  4. Once it becomes warm, grind the mixture well (as per the pic 3), tomato mixture is ready. (no water to be added)
  5. In a separate pan, just fry Fennel Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Cumin seeds, black peppercorn.
  6. Once slightly fried, add cut coconut pieces & cut ginger in it
  7. Grind the entire mixture of all these by adding some water to it (as per pic 4), coconut mixture is ready.
  8. Now in a pan, add little oil, some Cloves, Star Anise, Cinammon pieces & than add chicken.
  9. Add salt & turmeric powder to it, saute it well…
  10. After sometime add the tomato onion paste that was kept ready, saute it well again.
  11. Add all masala powder like coriander, chicken masala, red chilly powder & saute it well
  12. Keep sauting it till the mixture is nicely minted in chicken
  13. After sometime, add the mixture of coconut that was kept ready
  14. Add water as per the gravy you require & sauté
  15. Keep it on the gas till the gravy becomes thick & chicken is cooked well
  16. Other way is you can close the cooker but don’t give pressure, so that chicken is cooked well
  17. Once it becomes thick, add coriander leaves to it.
  18. Chicken is ready to serve
