Instructions
Soak the white channa overnight or at least for 5-6,hours.
After that boil channa in wok by adding little salt. Around 5-6 whistles.
Once boiled well, keep it aside.
Meanwhile in a pan add oil and heat it well.
Add mustard seeds once it splutters add chopped small onions and sauté well for few minutes.
Add garlic ginger paste and sauté well for few minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté well again for few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, sambar powder and chicken masala, salt and sauté well.
Once it is sautéed well, add the boiled channa into it and sauté well for few minutes.
Add water according to your requirement and keep it on stove for few minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
