Ingredients
- 4 Bread slice
- 1/2 cup Yogurt hang curd
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp musturd seeds
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp yellow butter

Instructions
- Take a bowl .
- Add hung curd ,onion ,capsicum, sugar, salt, green chillies, coriander, cucumber, oregano, chilli flakes , black pepper in it.
- Mix properly.
- Cut the bread diagonally shape.
- Then put the mixture on the bread and cover the another bread piece and make a sandwich.
- Take a grill pan,put some butter on pan and some musturd seeds.
- Keep sandwich on pan ,apply some butter on sandwich.
- Cook it until it becomes crispy and golden brown form both sides.
- Yougurt sandwich is ready now.
- Serve it with coriander chutney.
