Ingredients
- 1 Kg Yugurt aka curd
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 4 Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 4 tbsp Cashews
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves aka cilantro
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper Adjust according to taste

Instructions
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, chili powder, chopped cashews, salt, corn flour to yogurt and mix well.
- Make kebabs from the mixture, roll them again in corn flour and fry in hot oil until they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup.
