Ingredients
- 2 Small cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup Gram flour Besan, optional
- 1/2 Tsp Carom seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Kasuri methi dry fenugreek leaves
- 1 Onions chopped
- 2-3 Tsp Oil

Instructions
- Take wheat flour in a bowl and add water to it, mix well.
- Add gram flour (optional) and mix well
- Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, dry fenugreek, salt, red chilly powder and carom seeds and sauté it well.
- Heat the pan nicely and spread this batter just like an omlette and add oil around it.
- Add water in the mixture and make it like a batter for dosai 😊
- Cook for 10 minutes, both sides.
- Once it is brown it is cooked and ready to serve.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and pudhina chutney
