Ingredients
- 1 Cup desi ghee
- 1 Cup Whole wheat flour Prefer little thick one not fine like what is used for rotis
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp cardamom powder
- 3 Cups Boiled water
- 5-6 Pieces almonds Can use any nuts as per taste

Instructions
- In a pan, add ghee and heat it well.
- Add wheat flour and sauté it well for 15-20 minutes.
- Ensure ghee is separated and the flour turns into nice brown colour.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder into it and sauté well for sometime.
- Once sugar is melted well add boiling water (should keep it ready on the other side)
- Sauté it well again for few minutes and garnish with nuts as you like.
