Ingredients
- 1 cup swank rice Flour
- 3/4 cup Curd
- 1 packet eno
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese cut into small cubes
- 1/2 Raddish chopped.
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1 Potato raw chopped into small cubes
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp peanuts crushed

Instructions
- Take all the ingredients except eno and mix properly.
- Now add eno and add batter in idli stand and place coriander leaf on each idli
- Keep it in microwave for 3 minutes
- Take out idli stand, check whether idli has been cooked by inserting knife.
- Now take out the idlis and serve it with coriander and tamarind chutney
