Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- 5-6 Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar to taste
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp almonds or mixed nuts for garnish
- 1 tbsp raisins for garnish

Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp ghee in karahi/wok.
- Add the boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Cook while stirring continuously for 7-8 minutes. You will be able to smell the aroma of cooked potatoes.
- Now add a cup of milk and half cup sugar. Stir again.
- Put ground ilaichi( cardamom).
- Garnish with almonds and raisins.
- It tastes even better when it gets cold.
