Ingredients
- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower grated
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 10-12 garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp ajino motto
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup spring onion chooped
- 3-4 tbsp Corn flour
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour maida
- 2 Onion chopped

- Take a bowl and add all vegetables, 1/2 tsp salt ,cornflour,maida and add 1/4 cup of water and mix well and make a dough.
- Shape in to lemon size balls.
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry vegetable balls on medium heat or until golden brown.drain on absorbent pepper.
- Take a pan and oil in it .
- Add chopped garlic ,onion ,green chilly and stir -fry for 2-3 mins.
- Add soy sauce ,chilly sauce ,salt ,black pepper ,ajino motto ,vinegar.
- Take a 1 cup water ,add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix well.
- Add this mixture in onion sauted before.
- When gravy becomes thick add vegetables balls.
- Add balls to gravy 10 mins before serving.
- Cornflour can be increased or decreased according to quantity to be made.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
