Ingredients
- 200 gm Vermicelli seviyan
- 100 Gm carrots
- 100 Gm green beans,
- 1 Cup peas
- 2 Big Onions
- 2-3 Pieces Green Chillies
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Channa Dal Split Bengal Gram
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Corinader Leaves Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2-2.5 Cups Water
- 1-2 Tbsp Oil

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil & heat it
- Add mustard seeds, channa dal & curry leaves. Saute it well.
- Add, peas cook it well.
- Than add chopped carrot & beans & saute till they are cooked (no water to be added)
- Than add the chopped onions & saute till they turn light brown
- Than add semiya, into the mixture & saute it well.
- Once nicely fried, add water into it.
- Cover it with a lid, so that it can be cooked well.
- Keep it on the stove for 15-20 minutes, it will be ready.
- Ready to serve for breakfast.

Best to be had with chutney & sambar.
