Ingredients
- 4 pieces Bread jumbo
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup Tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup Potato boiled /peel n cut into sliced
- 4-5 tbsp green chutney coriander chutney
- 1/4 cup Onion sliced
- 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup green capsicum sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Chilly flakes
- 4-5 tbsp yellow butter
- 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp chat masala

Instructions
- First of all, ready the sandwich masala.
- Take a bowl, add salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flackes, chat masala in it and mix well. Sandwich masala is ready now.
- Then take a another bowl, add boiled potato slices, chopped corriander and add little sandwich masala and mix well (according to taste).0
- Apply some yellow butter on the bread slice. Then apply green chutney, apply tomato sauce and keep aside.
- Place a buttered sliced bread, chutney side facing upwards. Put potato slice on the bread then sprinkle some sandwich masala. Put second bread so that the chutney side upward. Put a layer of tomato and onion slice.(3rd slice)
- On other slice, arrange cucumber, onion, slices over it and again sprinkle some sandwich masala evenly over it (4th slice). Now keep the buttered side of bread downwards.
- Again spread a little butter on the bread slice and grill it for 7-8 minutes or until the sandwich turns golden brown in colour and crispy.
- Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.
- Serve immediately with tomato sauce and green chutney. (all things are shown in pics)
