Ingredients
- 1 loaf multi grain bread
- 2 slices cheese
- 3/4 cup red capsicum slice
- 3/4 cup yellow capsicum slice
- 3/4 cup green capsicum slice
- 3/4 cup Onion slice
- 3/4 cup tomatoes slices
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 4 tbsp sweet onion sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1 pinch Oregano powder
- 1 pinch Red chilli powder powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Potato boiled
- 1/4 cup peas boiled
- 1/4 cup Spinach palak, chooped
- 1/4 cup corn boiled
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 4 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste

- for mayonnaise dip.....
- add garlic paste to along with mayonnaise salt ,black pepper, chilly flacks ,origano,red chilli powder ,tomato sauce .
- mix well.
- mayonnaise dip is ready.
- for vegetable tikki.....
- paste of peas nd corn.
- add cornflour ,breadcurms to the vegetables.
- add garlick ginger paste to it.
- add all spices n mix well.
- make this mixture in shape of a tikki nd deep fry.
- till it become golden brown.
- assembling of foot long.....
- cut the foot long from the mid.
- cut 2 chesse slices in to triangles .
- keep it in the foot long then heat it in microwave for 1 min.
- add mayonnaise dip on both inside sides of foot long.
- than add musturd sauce on foot long .
- keep lettuce leaves on foot long.
- add cappsicum,onion ,salt pepper to it.
- then keep 3 /4 tikki .
- keep cucumber ,tomato.
- add some sweet onion sauce.
- than again add mayonnaise dip.
- fold the foot long.
- cut from the center.
- ready to be grabed yummy foot long.
