Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes boiled
- 1 carrots grated
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup Vermicelli boiled, water extracted out
- leaves Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Amchoor dry mango powder
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- First of all boil vermicelli and keep it aside for 10 minutes in sieve so that all water extract out.
- Now add mashed potatoes,grated carrot,capsicum and all spices.
- Now make flat shape and shallow fry on non stick pan till brown.
- Veg cutlets are ready,serve with imli chutney
