Ingredients
- 1 Onion chopped
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 5-6 green beans, chopped
- 1-2 carrots chopped
- 8-9 mushroom chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 cup Paneer small cubes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilly sauce
- 5 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Noodles fried
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp yellow butter
- 5-6 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/4 tsp ajino matto

Instructions
- Take a pan .
- Add yellow butter ,garlic in it .
- Saute it for 3-4 min until becomes light brown.
- Add chopped onion ,green chilles and saute for 3-4 min.
- Add all vegetables,salt ,black pepper ,ajino matto ,soya sauce in it.
- Add 4-5 cup water and boil it properly.
- Add vinegar and mix well.
- Mix the cornflour in half cup of water.
- Add cornflour mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the soup thickens,
- Add paneer cubes .
- Garnish with the crispy fried noodles and spring onion.
- You can also use maggi noodles.
