Ingredients
- 10 slice jumbo bread
- 1/2 cup carrots chooped
- 1 cup peas bolied
- 7-8 Potatoes boiled and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup mushroom chooped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or malai
- 1/4 tbs Salt
- 1/4 tbs black pepper
- 2 tbs kasuri metthi
- 2-3 Green Chillies chooped
- 10 pieces garlic chooped
- 3/4 tbsp red chilly dip ready made
- 8-10 tbs Butter
- for white dip.....
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Onion chooped
- 2 Green Chillies chooped
- 1/2 cup cabbage chooped
- 1/4 tbs Salt
- 1/4 tbs black pepper

Instructions
- Cut all the sides of breads.
- Then apply red chilly dip on one slice and butter on another slice.
- Now add all vegetables .
- Add malai to make the stuffing ready.
- Now apply the mixture on bread and apply butter on grill toaster and roast the sandwich until it becomes golden brown.
- Mix all the vegetables in mayonnaise .
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- White dip is ready and serve it with grilled sandwiches.
