Ingredients
- 7-8 soya champ remove sticks ,cut into small pieces
- 1 red capsicum cut into squre pieces
- 1 yellow capsicum cut into squre pieces
- 1 green capsicum cut into squre pieces
- 3-4 Onion cut into squre pieces
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chilly sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ajino matto
- 3-4 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 8-10 garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 3-4 cup Oil for frying

Instructions
- First of all cut the champ into small pieces.
- Take a bowl ,add carom seeds ,ginger ,garlic paste and salt in it.
- Add champ pieces in it ,mix properly and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
- Now add water in cornflour and make a thick paste of it.
- Now dip the champ in the cornflour dip first and then sprinkle dry cornflour on the same champ.
- Deep fry the champ until it becomes light brown .then take a tissue paper.
- Take a wok .
- Add 2 tbsp oil ,garlic in it ,saute it for 3-4 min until it becomes light brown.
- Add onion ,capsicum and mix well.
- Add salt ,black pepper ,soya sauce ,chilli souce ,vinegar ,ajino matto .
- Mix well.
- Now mix 2-3 tsp cornflour in water and add the same in the onions.
- Mix well.
- Now mix the fry champ in the onion mixture.
- You can add sauces as per your requirement.
- Veg champ chilly is ready now ,serve it hot.
