Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla cake large pack
- 2 cups Fresh Fruits like grapes, apples, mangoes. ( kiwi to be avoided, mangoes should not be over ripe, bananas make the pudding soggy)
- For Jelly
- 1/2 liter Water
- 1 packet Jelly mix
- For Custard:
- 1/2 liter milk
- 2 tbsp Custard Powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
Jelly
- Bring water to boil.
- Remove from fire and dissolve jelly mix into it.
- Pour into the mould and keep it at room temperature for 45 mins.
- After 45 mins, refrigerate it for 2 hours or as per the instructions given on the packet.
Custard:
- Take 3 tbsp milk from the half liter and mix 2 tbsp custard powder into it.
- Boil milk and add sugar.
- Gradually add the milk -custard powder paste to it, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- After 2/3 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool down .
- Thereafter refrigerate it for at least an hour.
Arranging The Pudding
- Chop the fruits.
- Take a flat bottomed serving dish and arrange a layer of cake on the bottom.
- Now pour a layer of custard on it.
- Make a layer of fruits on the top of custard.
- Next comes the layer of sliced jelly on it.
- Repeat the same pattern for 2 more such layers.
- Decorate the top with more chopped fruits . The pudding is ready.
- Refrigerate it for minimum 5/6 hours for proper setting before you serve.
