Ingredients
- 3 Number zucchini tori, Chopped
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Small Cup Ahar Dal Boiled
- 3-4 Tsp Oil
- 1 Big Tomato chopped
- 1 Tsp Sambar Powder

Instructions
- Boil the dal and keep it aside.
- In another pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and allow it to splutter well.
- Than add chopped onions and sauté well for few minutes.
- Than add chopped tori and sauté well.
- Cook for few minutes and than add tomatoes to it.
- Sauté well for few minutes by adding salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and sambar powder and sauté well again.
- Cook for few minutes well.
- Than add little water to it and sauté again and than cover it with a lid for close to 5-10 minutes.
- Keep checking if it has been cooked well. It should be little.soft.
- Now mix boiled dal into this.
- Sauté for 3-4 minutes and than it is ready to serve.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
