Ingredients
- 8-10 Tomato roughly chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- 3 Green Chillies
- 7-8 garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pieces Bread
- 2 tbsp yellow butter
- 2 pieces Bread cube
- 1 Onion sliced
- pinch red color

Instructions
- Take a cooker.
- Add tomato ,garlic ,green chillies ,carrot ,onion .4 pieces bread ,black cardamom,salt and add 3 glass of water in it.
- Let it get 2 whistle.
- Open the cooker after 2 whistle seperate the bey leaf ,cinnamon and mash the rest mixture the help of handy.
- Drain it properly with the help of drainer.
- Keep the soup on the gas again if looks thick then add some water to it.
- Mix the pinch of red colour with 3 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Then add this colour to the soup .
- Add salt ,black pepper and mix well.
- Take a 2 pieces of bread make small cubes of it and deep fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Pour the soup to the soup bowl add some fried bread pieces to the soup.
- Garnish with yellow butter and serve it hot.
- No need of cornflour as we have put bread slices into it.
