Ingredients
- 1 Pack Vermicelli semiya, thin ones
- 2 Big Onions Cut in long pieces
- 2 Number Green Chillies Chopped
- 2 Big tomatoes Chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Add curry leaves and mustard seeds, allow them to splutter.
- Than add chopped onions and green chillies and sauté for few minutes.
- Allow it to become little soft and than add chopped tomatoes.
- Sauté well for few minutes.
- Add salt and sauté again till tomatoes also become soft.
- Add semiya into it and sauté well for few minutes.
- Ensure the semiya is in light brown colour.
- Than add water and sauté well again for few minutes.
- Cover it with a lid and leave it for sometime.
- Ensure it is cooked well, water would have been absorbed well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and close with lid for few more minutes.
- Serve it with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
