Ingredients
- 1 Glass rice No Basmati Rice
- 1.5 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tbsp Curry Leaves
- 10-12 Pieces garlic
- 3-4 Pieces Ginger
- 100 gm small onions famous in south india only
- 7-8 Big tomatoes
- 1/4 Tspn Turmeric powder
- 1/4 Tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/4 Tspn Sambar Masala Homemade
- 1/4 Tspn Biriyani Masala Brand - Sakthi
- 2-3 Pieces Cloves
- 1-2 Pieces Cinammon
- 1 Tbspn Coriander leaves
- 1/2 Tspn Salt
- 2 Glass Water

Instructions
- Soak 1 glass of rice in a bowl for 10-15 minutes.
- On the other side, keep the other ingredients ready, like small onions to be peeled & cut into small pieces, chopped tomatoes, garlic ginger paste.
- In a pan, add oil heat it & than add, mustard seeds, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon & add small onions. Saute it well.
- Once onions are slight brown, add garlic ginger paste & saute it well.
- Than add chopped tomatoes & saute it well, till tomatoes are cooked.
- Than add, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, sambar masala, biriyani masala & saute it well again
- Ensure everything is mixed well, than add soaked rice into it & add 2 glasses of water into it.
- Pressure it for few minutes (2-3 whistles), add coriander leaves to it.
