Ingredients
- 1 Tbspn Oil
- 1 Spoon Curry Leaves
- 3/4 Tspn Mustard seeds
- 2 Small Onions
- 5-6 Big tomatoes
- 3/4 Tspn Salt
- 3/4 Tspn Red chilli powder
- 3/4 Tspn Turmeric powder
- 3/4 Tspn Sambar Powder
- 1 Spoon Coriander leaves

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil
- Once the oil little hot, add curry leaf, mustard seeds & onions into it
- Saute it well, once it is slightly brown, add cut tomatoes into it
- Add all spices, like turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, sambar powder & sauté it well
- Add little water & sauté it, till it is cooked well
- Keep it on the flame for 10-15 minutes
- Garnish with coriander leaves
