Ingredients
- 4 Slices Brown Bread
- 1 Cup Gram flour Besan
- 1/4 Tsp Ajwain
- 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1-2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp green chutney
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce Kissan Brand
- 1 Tbsp Butter Amul

Instructions
- In a bowl add Gram Flour, Celery, Red Chilly Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, little water & saute it well. Batter is ready.
- Keep it aside for few minutes.
- On the other side, heat the oil in a pan.
- Take 4 slices of bread: in first slice of bread apply green pudhina chutney, in 2nd bread butter & in the 3rd bread slice apply tomato sauce.
- Place all these slices of bread on one another.
- Now, dip all 4 slices of bread together in the batter & deep fry it.
- Once cooked well, remove & cut into pieces.
- Ready to serve

Garlic paste can also be added to the batter if required (it is optional)
