Ingredients
- 500 gm tinda
- 3-4 Onion
- 2-3 Tomato
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 3 tbsp ghee

- First of all take a blender add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and add some water ,make a fine paste. do the same for tomato and make a paste.
- Peel the tinda ,wash properly and slit the center.
- Take a cooker add onion paste ,ghee in it.
- Saute it for 5-8 min ,then add tomato paste and mix well.
- Add all spices and saute it for 7-8 min at medium so that the ghee sprerates out.
- Then add tinda and saute it for 5-6 min.
- Close the lid and let it get one whistle.
- After one whistle let it be cool ,then open the cooker and simmer at high flame for 3-4 min.
- Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with chapati or parantha.
