Ingredients
- For tikki .....
- 5-6 Potato boiled
- 7-8 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 3-4 tbsp Ginger chopped
- For channe ......
- 1/2 kg White Channa small
- 3 Onion chopped
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 1 small Ginger chooped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder daniya powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder jerra powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Coriander leaves chopped
- few mint leaves chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 star anise full chakri
- 3-4 clove
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- For garnish......
- 1 cup carrots grated
- 1 cup Raddish grated
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup green chutney daniya ki chutney
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney imli ki chutney

How to make tikki
- Take a bowl .
- Mash potatoes properly .
- Add all spices in it and mix well.
- Apply some oil on hand and some aalo mixture ,stuff ginger ,green chillies and make it in round .
- Shape now slightly press it make it in shape of tikki.
- Shallow fry it on non-stick tava and apply few drops oil on it ,put the tikki on tava until it becomes golden brown.now tikki is ready.(everything is shown in the pic)
How to make channa
- Soke the channa for one night before making it.
- Take a cooker.
- Add soak channa in it.
- Add all spices to the cooker .
- Let it get 5-6 whistle.
- Add coriander leaves ,mint leaves to it ,after open the cooker when channa are cooked properly .
- Then keep it on low flame and mash it and mix well.
- Let it boil on low flame so that it gets mixed properly.
- When channa gets thick they are ready ,if any spices is less then you can add it latter.
- Put channa on tikki and then put grated carrot ,raddish ,chopped onion
- Then put green chutney and imli chutney on it.
- Serve it hot.
