Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 6 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour maida( refined flour)
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1.5 tsp cumin powder jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder dhania powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder lal mirchi
- 1/2 rsp Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Amchur dry mango powder

Instructions
- Mix curd, maida and all other ingredients.
- Wash chicken n pat dry.
- Marinate chicken in curd mixture for 3 to 24 hrs, depending on your time. The longer the better, because chicken will absorb flavors of marinade better.
- Rub the wire rack of the oven with oil and place the marinated chicken on it, so that the extra marinade can drip down from the grill.
- Grill for 15 mins in the oven at 180 C.
- Overturn again, brush with little oil and grill for another 15 mins or till tender n crisp.
- Serve hot.
