Ingredients
- For chana
- 1 cup White Channa kabuli chana ,garbanzo bean
- 3 Onion sliced
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Amchur Dry mango powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- few Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 tsp chana masala
- For bhature
- 1 cup all-purpose flour maida
- 1/4 cup Semolina sooji
- 1 bottle Club soda
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 5 cup Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp kasuri metthi
- For aalu
- 3-4 Potato boiled n cut into small pieces
- 3 Onion sliced
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4tsp Amchur dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder roasted
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil
- For amala pickle
- 250 gm amla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp rai powder
- 1 tsp methi seeds metre
- 1 tbsp vinegar

For chana
- Soak chanas overnight ,now take a cooker and boil chana by adding black cardamom and salt.
- Take a wok .
- Add oil ,onion ,green chillies in it .saute it for 4-5 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes ,salt ,red chilli powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder ,curry leaves.
- Mix well properly.
- Take a tava ,add amchur powder in it and dry roast it for 3-4 mins. then put this mixture in the mixture of onion. when tomatoes becomes soft then put this mixture in the boiles chana.let the cooker get 2 whistles.add half cup water and mix.garnish with coriender and onion.
For bhature
- Take a bowl add maida ,sooji ,salt ,kasuri methi and kned the flour with soda water ,and keep it for 20 mins.
- Dough for bhature is ready ,deep fry in oil and serve them with chana .
For aalu sabji
- Take a wok .
- Add oil ,onion ,green chilles in it .
- Mix well and saute it for 4-5 mins.
- Add salt ,red chilli powder ,cumin powder ,black pepper ,curry leaves ,amchur powder ,mix well properly.
- Add potatoes pieces and mix with soft hands .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
For amla pickle
- Cut the amla for the middle .
- Take a wok.
- Heat the oil so that its colour changes.
- Switch off the gas ,let the oil cool down.
- Add metre ,salt ,red chilli powder ,rai powder and mix well.
- Switch on the gas again ,then add amla ,saute it for 5-6 min.
- sunday special breakfast is ready. serve chana bhatura,aaloo sabji with raita,salad and amla pickle.
