Ingredients
- 1/2 kg black carrots sliced
- 1 beetroot sliced
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds yellow ones
- 7-8 glass water
- few ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions
- Peel carrots and beetroot and wash it under running water.
- Cut them into slices.
- Take a jar fill it with water and add carrots and beetroot.
- Add all spices and mix well.
- Cover the jar with a muslin cloth and let it stand in sun for 2-3 days.
- After 4 days kanji is ready.
- Add ice and serve it.
