Ingredients
- 6-8 Potatoes Peeled & finely chopped
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds Can be replaced with Jeera too
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
- 1 Pinch black pepper Powder for garnishing
- 1 Pinch Amchur Mango Powder, for garnishing

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter well.
- Add chopped potatoes into it.
- Saute well for few minutes.
- Than add turmeric powder, red chilly powder & salt to it.
- Saute well at low flame for couple of minutes.
- Than cover it with a lid for few minutes.
- Ensure it is not mashed fully.
- Remove the lid & keep sauting it well.
- Once it becomes brownish & it is cooked well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, black pepper & mango powder.
