Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina sooji
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp musturd seeds
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1 tbsp yellow butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- few Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 cup Water
- 1 Onion chopped
- 5-6 Cashews

Instructions
- Take a pan add suji in it .
- Roast it on low flame until it turns light brown.keep suji aside.
- Take a nonstick pan add ghee in it .
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion ,green chillies ,and saute for 1-2 mins until onion become translucent.
- Add chooped carrot,green peas ,capcicum .
- Mix well and saute for 2-3 mintues.
- Add salt ,black pepper and mix well.
- Add water and bring the mixture to boil ,it will take around 2-3 minutes.
- Add roasted suji and mix well.
- Stir continuously for 1-2 mins to avoid lumps.
- Cover it with lid and cook on low flame until mixture turns thick.it will take around 3-4 mins.
- Turn off heat and remove the lid .
- Add fried cashew nuts, butter and coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot.
