Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina suji
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 Onion chopeed
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds

- Take a bowl ,add suji, curd, chopped all vegetables, salt, black pepper, chopped coriander,hing powder in it.
- Add some water and make a smooth batter. it should not be too thick or thin.
- Take a pan,add oil in it.
- Add musturd seeds, curry leaves and make a tadka.
- Put in the suji mixture,and add baking powder.
- Mix properly and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Take a appe stand and grease with some oil,put some mixture in appe moulds then cook on gas by covering it. when it gets cooked from up then change its side and cook.
- cook it until it becomes golden and crispy.
- serve it with tomato sauce and coconut chutney.
