Ingredients
- 500 gm bitter gourd karela
- 4 Onion grated
- 5-6 Green Chillies
- 5-6 Onion small
- 2 Potato peel and cut into sliced
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur dry mango powder
- 2 Onion sliced
- 2 cup Oil for frying

Instructions
- Wash karelas thoroughly and using a piller ,scrape the skin.
- Take a bowl ,add karelas ,sprinkle with some salt and keep aside for a one hour.
- After one hour wash karelas with fresh water and drain extra water. if the seeds ripened then remove,otherwise don't remove the seeds.
- Take a pan ,add oil, grated onion in it.saute it for 5-6 min.
- Add all spices and saute it for 5 min.keep it aside and let it cool down.
- Take a wok.
- Add oil in it,when the oil heats up then deep fry the kareles ,until its become golden fry.
- Take out the kareles and keep it on tissue paper, when it cools down add onion masala in it, take a green chillies, small onion ,cut into center and fill the onion masala in it .
- Take a another wok.
- Add 2 tbsp oil , sliced onion,potato in it,saute it for 7-8 min when the potatoes are cooked properly.
- Add salt ,red chilli powder, haldi powder,amchoor powder according to your taste and mix well.
- Add stuff kareles, green chillies, small onion in it.
- Cover the kareles ,and cook at low flame for 5-6 min,so that the kareles becomes soft.
- Serve it with chapati or prantha.
