Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gram flour besan
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tsp kasuri metthi
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil refind
- 1 cup Flour
- 2-3 tbsp ghee for frying

Instructions
- Take a bowl.
- Add flour in it and add needed water to make a dough.
For stuffing
- Take a bowl,add besan, chopped onion, green chillies,all spices, coriander leaves,2 tbsp oil in it and mix properly.
- Add 3-4 tbsp water and make a thick mixture.
How to make prantha
- Take some dough, add besan mixture in it make a round shape of it and shallow fry it in tava.
- besan prantha is ready, serve it with curd.
