Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes boiled
- 1 Onion chopped finely
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp anardana seeds dried pomogrenate seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour

Instructions
For stuffing
- Mash the potatoes and add all spices given above.
- Add onions and coriander ,now stuffing is ready.
For prantha
- Knead dough using the flour
- Make a chapati out of dough and fill stuffing and make stuffed chapati.
- Apply water on both sides and apply on tandoor.
- Put the tandoor upside down and see if it is cooked properly.
- Now serve it hot with butter and chilled curd.
