Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dal green gram
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes ground to paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- Soak dal in water for 5 hrs and then strain it using a strainer.
- Now keep it in sprout maker or tied in muslin cloth overnight so that dal gets sprouted.
- Again strain out the water.
- Now take a wok,add oil in it,add green chilly, onions and saute it till they turn brown.
- Now add tomatoes and add all the spices,cook till oil seperates out.
- Now add boiled dal and keep it on sim for 5-7 minutes so that it absorbs masala.
- Now switch off the gas and add lime juice and serve with chapati or u can have it as such also.
