Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted moong
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup Beetroots diced
- 1/4 cup Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Raddish diced
- 1/2 cup carrots diced
- 1/2 cup cucumbers
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Lemon for juice

Instructions
- Take the sprouted moong in a bowl, wet them and heat them in a microwave on high power for 2 minutes
- Chop onions, carrots, beetroot, radish, tomatoes, cucumbers and toss in a big bowl
- Take out the heated moong from the microwave and add to the rest of the chopped ingredients.
- Add salt, pepper, chat masala and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients properly. Let the salad rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. This helps all the flavors to be soaked in by the ingredients.
- Serve and enjoy!
